The Regional Sales Manager at Mind's Eye is responsible for managing and motivating a team of Account Managers in their respective territory. The qualified individual will have 2-4 years of sales management experience and IT/storage solution sales. You need the ability to build and manage a successful territory business plan. You will be responsible for overseeing sales in the Northeast United States. You must be familiar with Mind's Eye's competition, the regional IT/storage management sales environment, and be attuned to the politics and economics of the region.

Bachelor's Degree, 2-4 years sales management, and 12+ years direct IT sales experience required.

Sr. Account Manager

As a Sr. Account Manager with Mind's Eye, you will manage and assist a team of Account Managers. You will be called upon to support your team with difficult sales and solutions. Your responsibilities include managing to quota objectives, complete knowledge of Mind's Eye's products, policies, and services, strong technical understanding of IT, storage management, and consensus building in competitive relationships with the sales force and Mind's Eye customers.

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years direct IT sales experience required.

Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager at Mind's Eye will be expected to facilitate the sales of Mind's Eye's main products areas: IT Infrastructure solutions, IT Analysis & Strategy, IT Risk Management and Mind's Eye's Supporting Offerings. Responsibilities will include finding, qualifying, and developing new accounts. You and your team understand all Mind's Eye's solutions and offer this expertise to each account. In addition, the individual will educate customers in Mind's Eye's proficiency, and when presenting a proposal, focus on solutions, justifications, and expected results to win the business. The successful Inside Sales Manager will oversee development of strong relationships with Mind's Eye's manufacturing partners.

Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years related sales/inside sales experience required.

Administrative Assistant

The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing administrative duties for sales and services management personnel. The individual should have 3-5 years prior experience in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. The individual must possess a working knowledge of PCs and related software (word processing and spreadsheets), as well as other automated office equipment. Good presentation skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks are a plus.
